Concepts
Gear Key, launcher keys, MegaBar, command patterns
Gear Key
In views that include the Gear Key, double-tap opens SpeedKee settings and long-press opens Android settings. If your view includes the Gear Key, long-press 9 can usually be repurposed.
Launcher keys
Many keys can be programmed as launchers by using lp plus the key name. For example, lpg opens Gmail. For special keys, use rt for Return, dl for Delete, and sf for Shift.
MegaBar icons
MegaBar icons can behave like launcher keys. An icon can open a destination directly, or act as a hub. For example, the shopping cart icon plus a letter could open a specific shopping site.
Command patterns
Common patterns:

Long-press — hold a key briefly.
Double-tap — tap twice.
Icon + letter — choose a hub, then a specific item.
